WILLIAM THOMAS 'BOE' STERLING, Age 64, died Monday, November 26, 2018, at his home in Charleston.

Born May 22, 1954, in the Bement Community of Mississippi County, MO, to the late Landon Garvin Sterling and Mary Alice Stone Sterling, he had lived in Charleston a number of years where he was a farmer, painter and a foreman for numerous companies.

On October 2, 1983, he married Carmella Bragg, who survives of the home in Charleston.

Also surviving are two sons, Gary Sterling of Sikeston and Dusty Sterling of Charleston; two daughters, Lisa Sterling and Ronda Martin both of Sikeston; one brother, Eugene Sterling of Gideon; three sisters, Wilmalee Ortega of Las Vegas, NV; Phyllis Marks of Sikeston and Dorothy Patrick of Charleston; 11 grandchildren, Cody Graham, Heather Hill, Morgan Sloan, J.T. Nanney, Austin Bailey, Devon Nanney, Paige Nanney, Tristian Sterling, Lizzie Sterling, Gary Sterling, II and Landon Thomas Prichard; 5 great grandchildren.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Beth Sterling; two great grandsons; one brother, Albert Sterling and three sisters, Opal Brooks, LaDonna Brooks and Ruthy Mae Sterling.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at noon, Thursday, November 29, 2018, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.

Interment will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery near East Prairie under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be J.T. Nanney, Devon Nanney, Austin Bailey, Patrick Pruden, George Curtis and Josh Kolwyck.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Cody Graham, Tristian Sterling, Gary Sterling, II, Nick Patrick and Dalton Patrick.
