Zachary Davis Cox, age 32, of Charleston, died Thursday, January 11, 2024, at the Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis.

He was born May 23, 1991, at Petoskey, Michigan to Garry Davis Cox and Susan Katherine Schuon Cox who survive of Charleston. Zachary was born and raised in Michigan and came to Missouri with his parents when they moved to be near family.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his sisters, Trina (John) Ogle and Trista (J.P.) Bolnshine; his brother in law, Ed Kull; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Theresa Kull; and his grandparents, Clinen and Zella Davis Cox and Arthur and Mary Hapgood Schuon.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, January 20, 2024, at the Southside Baptist Church in Charleston, MO.  Rev. Mike McKinney, pastor, and his uncle, the Rev. Ted Wimberley, will officiate.

A luncheon for family and friends will follow the funeral service in the fellowship hall of Southside Baptist Church.

A private family burial will follow.
