Cremation Packages

Cremation Packages

The following is a list of choices which represent the cost of our services. They may or may not include the casket or container required for visitation or viewing, burial, entombment or cremation.

You are in no way limited to these service options. You may itemize services in order to select only those which are right for you.

Direct Cremation - $2,065.00

Includes: removal and transportation to crematory, filing necessary authorizations, obituary, cremation container, cremation, return of remains to funeral home.

Our charge for a direct cremation includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; removal of remains; transportation to crematory; necessary authorizations; and cremation if relevant.

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering).

Cremation & Traditional Funeral

Many families find meaning and beauty in a traditional funeral service. With a traditional service combined with cremation, you can still choose to have a visitation and/or funeral service with your loved one in a casket. However, instead of in-ground burial, the funeral will be followed by cremation. Depending on your wishes, the cremated remains may be either returned to your family, scattered, buried or placed in a columbarium.

Memorial Service

The memorial service or celebration of life can be held in our chapel, a church, or any other venue your family chooses. We will work with your family and clergy to design a service that honors your loved one, truly celebrating his/her life. Our funeral home chapels have a piano available, as well as cameras for webcasting the service.

Graveside Service

A graveside service is held at the cemetery.  We have a tent, chairs, artificial grass, speaker podium, bottled water, tables and a PA system (microphone and speaker) available.  When the memorial service is at the funeral home chapel or a church, we will typically go in procession to the cemetery, where a committal service is held.

Permanent Memorialization

Keeping An Urn At Home

This is a common choice and families can select the perfect urn for their loved one.  A more permanent resting place may be selected later.

Placing The Urn In A Columbarium (niche)

Many families find comfort in having a final, permanent resting place they can visit. We will assist your family in selecting an urn that will fit in the niche space.

Keeping An Urn At Home

Similar to a casket, the in-ground burial of the urn allows for a final, permanent resting place.  We offer several urns suitable for burial directly in the ground, but we also have urn vaults available.

Scattering The Cremated Remains

Some families find comfort scattering the cremated remains in a place that was special to their loved one.  We offer several urns suited for scattering.
