Catina Leann Lara, age 53, of Sikeston, MO, died Sunday, August 16, 2026.

Born December 19, 1972, to the late Buster Brown Worley and Mary Inis Lee Cope, she had lived in Sikeston most of her life and had been employed in home health care.

She married Gabriel F. Lara, and he survives of the home in Sikeston.

Also surviving are her sons, Quintin (Alyssa) Lara, Evan (Franqui) Lara, Cody (Ashley) Martinez and Steven (Sierra) Martinez; her son in law, Brandon Kolwyck; her brother, Tony Worley; and her grandchildren, Mateo, Lorenzo, Evie, Morgan, Carson, Liam, Ezabella, Serenity, Talya, Katilyn, Cody (CJ), Steven Jr., Maya, Issac and Sophia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Amanda Brooke Kolwyck, her brother, Ronnie Worley, her sister, Connie Humphrey and her stepfather, Vernon Ray Cope.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Thursday, August 27, 2026, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston.

Private burial will be at a later date at the Blodgett City Cemetery.
