Cindy Dillender Marchant

Cindy Dawn Dillender Marchant, age 66, of Sikeston, died Saturday, February 3, 2024, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson at Festus, MO.

Cindy was born June 25, 1957, at Sikeston, MO, to the late Richard Dillender and Joyce Elizabeth Sadler Dillender.  She was a 1975 graduate of Sikeston High School and had worked as a bartender for various places including the Sikeston Eagles Club.  She attended the Lighthouse Church in Dexter.

She was married to Cyril "Ed" Marchant, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are her brothers and sisters, John Dillender of Spanish Fort, AL; Lana Dillender of Panama City, FL; Nancy (Alan) Reiman of Sikeston and David (Susan) Dillender of Sikeston; also, a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Kevin Dillender and her sister, Elizabeth Sue Dillender Noles.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until time for a memorial service at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston.

Interment will be at a later date.
